Thank you for your interest in Peques Wiggles and Giggles Learning Center. Please fill out the following form to add your child to our waiting list.

The waiting times vary by your child’s age and your place on the list. Completing this form does not guarantee that we will have a space available for your child.If you already called in to be put on the waiting list, please let us know in the comments, but you do not need to fill out this form.

Once we have a space for your child, we will reach out to schedule a tour and answer any questions you may have.

Notes to keep in mind:
– We do accept Action For Children
– We only take children 6 weeks to 5 years old
– We only take full-time enrollments.
– Required documents for registration include: Birth certificate, complete state physical exam, dental exam (children 2 years old and up), and proof of income (if applying for CCAP-Action For Children).

– Los documentos requeridos para la inscripción incluyen: certificado de nacimiento, examen físico estatal completo, examen dental (para niños 2 anos y mayor) y comprobante de ingresos (solo si solicita CCAP-Acción para Niños).
